Welcome to Week 7 of the 2025 college football season! The week's action actually began on Wednesday with two matchups, but the bulk of the early slate, covering Thursday and Friday, features seven more FBS games, giving us a great start to the football weekend. While most of the major action is reserved for Saturday, these weeknight matchups are always an exciting way to get started.
Out of the seven contests scheduled for Thursday and Friday, one game involves a ranked team. However, as there are no matchups featuring two ranked teams, there will be no games listed in that category for this early slate.
